At Keyhole Therapeutic Arts LLC we understand the importance of protecting your privacy. This privacy policy explains how we collect, use and safeguard your personal information.

We collect personal information such as your name, email address, phone number and payment information. We will never share your personal information without your consent, except as required by law.

Everything shared in the space will be confidential unless there is risk of harm to self or others. Upon request and consent, information regarding work with children, elder care or those living with a disability will be shared with the parent/s or guardian. If something comes up beyond my competency, I will refer you to a colleague or resource that best supports you.

Program and Session Fees:

• Fees are due at the time of the program or session

• Payment can be made by cash, check or Venmo. I do not accept insurance at this time

• Individual sessions are $150 for 50 minutes. I offer a sliding scale for students and those in need of support.

Benefits and Risks of Creative Process and Treatment:

The Drama Therapy process can help children and adults express themselves through a dramatic and artistic medium. It encourages emotional regulation, increases problem solving abilities, creates confidence, improves social skills, develops fine motor skills and encourages play and spontaneity. Like any therapeutic process, drama therapy can bring up emotions and feelings that come out in the play space. Exploration and playing with feelings create change and transformation, but can be difficult to experience. Difficult and painful topics and emotions may arise, but all feelings will be supported, held and contained in the therapeutic space. Since I am not a licensed mental health practitioner, I will not give a diagnosis. If you require a diagnosis, assessment or need specific care I can refer you to my colleagues, who are clinical psychologists at the doctoral level.  As a professional registered drama therapist, I have the skills, training, experience and ability to offer suggestions, guide your care and offer a way to explore your inner world in a creative and meaningful way.

I have been vaccinated for Covid 19 and have received my boosters. I will remain vigilant in sanitizing the space, objects, and materials. I will follow the latest Covid updates and follow the rules and regulations made by the state.

Cancellation Fee:

I am flexible and understanding of unexpected conflicts, but require a 24 notice before the time of the program or session. 

Termination and Closure:

You may end the program or session at any time. Please let me know in advance and please make sure all fees are paid.
